CJSL Club Membership - Application
Minimum Standards (Requirements) for ANY NEW CJSL
CLUB for the 2012 - 2013 Seasonal Year

All new Clubs will be mandated to show that they have sufficient players for 2 viable teams before being accepted as a new Club.

All New Clubs must provide a $1000.00 bond.

All new Clubs must provide proof, a valid permit, that you have a home field that will accommodate both teams including ability to be home team for two consecutive games.

All New Clubs must complete the CJSL Club Membership Application Form (click here for Application) (which must be typed – can be done on computer – but not saved on computer).

All New Clubs will have to be accepted by CJSL member Clubs at a CJSL delegates (League) meeting, which are normally held in August and December, or the CJSL Annual General Meeting in June, per CJSL By-Laws.

CJSL Club Application fee is $100.00 and is non-refundable.

Per team registration for 2012-2013 season will be $700.00 per team. This fee includes Fall and Spring CJSL seasons. Fee is same if a team only plays 1 Season (Fall or Spring). The team registration fee must be mailed to CJSL Office 850 62nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 prior to being accepted as a CJSL Club.

Be advised that you will not be considered for CJSL membership unless all required fees, bond has been paid in full, field permit information, Club application form etc are mailed to CJSL Secretary Emil Cohill. Emil Cohill’s address is on the Application.
